For each visitor to our www.AthleticFieldMarker.com or www.TruMarkAthletics.com website, our server automatically recognizes no information regarding the domain or e-mail address. We only collect the email address of those who communicate with us via email. We aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit, user specific information on what pages consumers access or visit and information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registrations. The information we collect is used for internal review and is then discarded, used to improve the content of our website, used to customize the content and/or layout of our page for individual consumer and used by us to contact consumers for marketing purposes. If you do not want to receive emails from us in the future, please let us know by sending an email, calling, writing or faxing us.


Returns & Replacements

TruMark Athletics will accept the return of your item in good operation condition, no damage, no use on fields, etc. within 30 days of purchase. Custom orders are non-returnable. A restocking fee of 15% and the cost of the return shipment will be applied to the account (if not paid by customer at time of return shipment). Contact us first prior to initiating any return to receive return instructions. TruMark will adhere to expressed warranties for the products TruMark manufauctures and will follow those of the original manufacturers products. All shipments should be inspected by the customer to ensure there is not damage during shipment. Unless damage is reported at the time of delivery then TruMark has very little or no recourse with the shipping company.

Ordering

On all orders shipped domestically there is no minimum order. On all any order shipped internationally there is a minimum charge of $35.00 and TruMark is not responsible for Duty and Tarriff costs at the port of entry. Online orders are accepted 24/7 and normally ship within 2-3 days of ordering unless otherwise specified for certain products. Phone, mail, fax, and email orders can be submitted with item number(s) and description(s) and the appropriate payment options declared. Purchase orders are accepted from approved institutions and invoiced on Net 30 terms. Signed purchase orders may be forwarded by mail or facsimile or emailed via a scanned document.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

Credit card and debit card payments are accepted for VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Paypal. We also accept purchase orders from approved institutions via email, phone or fax and will invoice with Net 30 terms.

Viewing Orders

During the on-line shopping you may review your shopping cart items that have already been selected. You may update quantities and remove items from the shopping cart.

Updating Account Information

The shopping cart solution does collect customer information that can be updated or used for subsequent orders. No credit card account information is stored.
